Distilled in British Columbia, the distillers blend is aged in a combination of bourbon and red wine barrels for more than 3 years. Non-chilled filtered with no added colour, the whisky arrives on the senses with aromas of warm oak spice, red licorice, honey dew, and hints of white pepper and toffee. the palate has a soft buttery texture, and leads with notes of honey, burnt orange, marzipan and lemon rind.
