Description
Dark ruby color. Spicy nose with black berries and earth, but stays fresh and inviting. Chewy, sappy, fand fresh on the palate with flavors of fruits (blackberries, plum and cherries), earth and spices. Made of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 5% Cinsault, Mourvédre, and Carrignan. Aged one year, half in concrete tanks and the other half in 50hl oak barrels.
