SADASHI is a harmonious blend of grain and malt whiskies which are aged in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks then finished in Mizunara oak barrels. Mizunara, is an indigenous Japanese oak that is extremely porous and offers and powerful velvet mouthfeel whisky with complex notes of coconut, vanilla, sandlewood, and Japanese incense.
